# Managing Your Sources

## How to view, add, refresh, hide, and restore the providers connected to your HealthEx Wallet

### Your Sources Tab

The Sources tab shows every provider and health plan connected to your Wallet, and how much data came from each one.

At the top, three totals cover everything you’ve connected: **Sources**, **Physicians**, and **Visits**. Hidden sources aren’t included in these totals.

Below the totals, each source has its own card showing its number of **Physicians**, **Visits**, and **Diagnostics**, its connection status (such as **Connected**), and when it was last refreshed.

 

#### Explore a Source

1. On the Sources tab, tap the source’s card. Its detail screen groups what came from that provider by kinds of visits, diagnostics, and physicians.

2. Tap **View all** on a category, such as **Routine Visits**, **Diagnostics**, or **Physicians**, to see the full list.

3. Tap any item in the list to open its record. The details match what you’d see from the Timeline tab.

To go back, tap the **X** at the top of the screen.

 

#### Add a Source

To connect another provider or health plan, tap **Add** in the box at the bottom of the Sources tab and search for it. You can also tap **…** at the top of your Wallet and choose **Add a Provider**.

This will take you through the add a provider flow to search for your provider and log in to their patient portal.

 

#### Refresh a Source

To get the latest records from one provider or health plan, open the source, tap **…** in the top right corner, and choose **Refresh Source**. This is the recommended option after a recent visit or when you expect new results.

To update every source at once, tap **…** at the top of your Wallet and choose **Refresh Records**.

 

#### Hide a Source

Hiding a source removes it from your Wallet and stops sharing its data. Your totals will update right away (may take some time to complete), and HealthEx stops refreshing the source, so no new records come in from it. The source stays hidden until you restore it.

#### Show a Hidden Source

1. On the Sources tab, tap **…** at the top of your Wallet.
2. Tap **Show Hidden Sources**. Hidden sources appear with a **Hidden** label.

3. Tap **…** on the hidden source’s card and choose Show this Source.

#### Download or Print Your Records

Tap **…** at the top of your Wallet to download or print your records.

**Download as PDF** creates a **HealthEx Unified Record**: a single PDF that brings together your records from all your connected sources, whichever tab you’re on. It includes:

- **A summary page:** the providers your records came from, plus a Current Health Snapshot of your conditions, medications, and labs.
- **Comprehensive Records:** the full lists of your conditions, medications, labs, allergies, procedures, immunizations, clinical visits, and clinical notes. Each entry shows its date and the source it came from.

**Print Records** prints what’s on your screen. It matches the tab you’re on (Timeline, Summary, or Sources). To print a different view, switch to that tab first.

Both contain your health information, so keep downloaded and printed copies somewhere private.
